Nate Strong

Nate Strong is an accomplished leader with a robust background in energy management, technical services, and strategic business development. As President of Energy Source LLC since 2021, Nate has driven the company’s vision, mission, and expansion into new markets, aligning the organization with evolving industry standards and opportunities for growth. Before his current role, Nate was Vice President at Loureiro Engineering, where he restructured the Energy division, enhancing technical services for clients focused on cost-effective energy management solutions. At RISE Engineering, he served as Director of Business Services to deliver energy-efficient construction projects across multiple states.

 

Nate’s career began in sales leadership, where he spent over 15 years at industry giants like Danfoss, JCI, and Texas Instruments, managing global accounts, negotiating contracts, and developing sales channels. His expertise spans customer engagement, operational efficiency, and utility program alignment, honed through roles that demanded oversight of large budgets and high-growth programs.

 

Nate holds an MBA from Suffolk University and a bachelor’s in engineering and management from Clarkson University. He is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and has published papers with the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy (ACEEE).

Rhonda Kallman

Rhonda Kallman is a trailblazer in the beer and spirits industry with a legacy of breaking barriers for women in a traditionally male-dominated field. At 24, she co-founded the Boston Beer Company (brewer of Samuel Adams), helping it become the most successful craft brewery in the world with a $3 billion market cap. Known as one of Draft Magazine’s "Top 10 Innovators," she was instrumental in building the company’s innovative infrastructure and industry-leading sales force. After 15 years as Founding Partner and EVP, she left to start New Century Brewing, earning recognition as a leader and innovator, including Inc. Magazine’s “25 Entrepreneurs We Love” and a feature in the documentary Beer Wars. Now, as Founder and CEO of Boston Harbor Distillery, Kallman has returned to her first love: whiskey. A dynamic speaker, she inspires audiences on topics ranging from entrepreneurship to women’s empowerment, all while balancing life as a dedicated mother of three. Her tenacity, passion, and pioneering spirit continue to inspire those around her to break new ground.
